PERFORACIONES CON AUGER BORING MACHINE ó MICROTUNELADORA
Este tipo de máquina trabaja con un cabezal giratorio que se encarga de perforar el terreno, y transportarlo a través de unos tornillos sinfín que se colocan dentro de la tubería que se va a instalar. Los diámetros de los ductos que se instalan con esta tecnología son de acero y de concreto y varían desde 12 hasta 96 pulgadas, con un rango de longitud hasta de 200 metros.
DRILLING WITH AUGER BORING MACHINE
This type of machine works with a rotating head that is responsible for drilling the ground and transport it through a few screws placed inside the pipe that is to be installed. The diameters of pipelines that are installed with this technology are of steel and concrete and range from 12 to 96 inches, with a range of up to 200 meters long.
PERFORACIONES CON RAMMING
El martillo neumático es la herramienta principal que se utiliza para realizar este tipo de perforaciones y su objetivo es el de hincar una tubería de acero que es empleada como camisa o ducto definitivo. Con esta tecnología se puede instalar tuberías cuyo diámetro oscila entre 8 y 60 pulgadas para longitudes que limitan desde 10 hasta 80 metros.
PERFORATIONS WITH RAMMING
Pneumatic hammer is the main tool used to perform this type of drilling and its objective is to drive a steel pipe that is employed as a shirt or final vent pipe. With this technology you can install pipes whose diameter ranges from 8 to 60 inches to lengths that limit from 10 to 80 meters long.
PERFORACIONES CON MÁQUINA DIRIGIDA
Las máquinas dirigidas son equipos digitales de perforación que permiten la instalación de tuberías de polietileno o acero cuando se requiere cruzar grandes ríos, montañas, o cualquier obstáculo natural, ya que la utilización de lodos bentoníticos permite perforar bajo condiciones de nivel freático alto. Esta tecnología se usa para diámetros hasta de 36 pulgadas con longitudes que superan los 100 metros.
DRILLING WITH TARGET MACHINE
Target machines are digital equipment of drilling techniques that allow the installation of polyethylene or steel piping when is required to cross major rivers, mountains, or any natural obstacle, allowing the use of betonies slurry drilling under conditions of high groundwater level. This technology is used for diameters up to 36 inches with lengths exceeding 100 meters long.
PERFORACIONES CON TOPO
Perforaciones realizadas con misiles neumáticos cuyo alcance abarca hasta la instalación de tuberías de 6 pulgadas de diámetro con tramos que oscilan entre 10 y 15 metros. De acuerdo a estos parámetros, este sistema se utiliza para vías rurales y urbanas cuyas calzadas no representan grandes longitudes.
DRILLING WITH MOLE
Boreholes with pneumatic missiles whose range extends to the pipe fitting 6 inch in diameter with lengths ranging between 10 and 15 meters. According to these parameters, this system is used for urban and rural roads whose driveways do not represent great lengths.
