Our development is the construction and expansion of the network infrastructure of public utilities (aqueduct, sewer, Gas, energy, telephony and fiber optics) through a well-known technology worldwide called Trenchless Technology, which consists in doing work below ground without the need to open large ditches, minimizing environmental damage and negative social impact to the surrounding community to the project.

The rapid growth of our cities and the need to expand existing public services networks, make the application of these technologies, to more efficiently develop the work of expansion of any infrastructure, contributing to avoid vehicular and pedestrian chaos generated by the pipeline by excavation with ditches.

SERVICE

DRILLING WITH AUGER BORING MACHINE OR MICROTUNELADORA

This type of machine works with a rotating head that is responsible for drilling the ground and transport it through a few screws placed inside the pipe that is to be installed. The diameters of pipelines that are installed with this technology are of steel and concrete and range from 12 to 96 inches, with a range of up to 200 meters long.

 

PERFORATIONS WITH RAMMING

Pneumatic hammer is the main tool used to perform this type of drilling and its objective is to drive a steel pipe that is employed as a shirt or final vent pipe. With this technology you can install pipes whose diameter ranges from 8 to 60 inches to lengths that limit from 10 to 80 meters long.

 

DRILLING WITH TARGET MACHINE  

Target machines are digital equipment of drilling techniques that allow the installation of polyethylene or steel piping when is required to cross major rivers, mountains, or any natural obstacle, allowing the use of betonies slurry drilling under conditions of high groundwater level. This technology is used for diameters up to 36 inches with lengths exceeding 100 meters long.

 

DRILLING WITH MOLE

Boreholes with pneumatic missiles whose range extends to the pipe fitting 6 inch in diameter with lengths ranging between 10 and 15 meters. According to these parameters, this system is used for urban and rural roads whose driveways do not represent great lengths.
